GLENDALE, Ariz., May 13, 2022 – LPC Desert West, the southwest branch of Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co., has completed the acquisition of a $53 million, 140-acre lot in Glendale, Ariz. , for its next mega industrial Phoenix metro project, Luke Domaine. The $515 million, 2.3 million square foot development is bordered by Litchfield Road, Northern Avenue, the new Northern Parkway and Luke Air Force Base. It is a few minutes from the 303 loop.
When completed, Luke Field will consist of three buildings totaling 1.26 million square feet, 604,000 square feet and 416,000 square feet. All buildings will feature the same high-end “industrial creative” amenities that LPC has become known for through other award-winning industrial projects, such as the nearby Park303.
Luke Field is named after the adjacent Luke Air Force Base, home to the 56th Fighter Wing, part of Air Education and Training Command, the largest fighter wing in the United States Air Force.

Indoor/outdoor facilities will include barbecue stations, a shaded outdoor food court and employee collaboration spaces. The project will provide ample secure parking for cars and trailers.
Luke Field is just off the Northern Parkway, a new 12.5-mile high-capacity road that allows employees and trucks to bypass traffic on Interstate 10. Northern Parkway also provides a direct and fast connection between loop 303 and loop 101/US 60/Grande Avenue. The combination provides strategic regional transportation links for logistics-centric users, including destinations such as the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach to the west, and Nevada and other mountainous states to the north.
