I am happy to say that I bought my first smoker today thank's to T's insperation. I am without a lot of hair now and afew blister' but cooked some pretty good chicken tonight. Tomorrow we will try rib's. I love BBQ!

Well once I figure out how this all work's I will post's some pic's. If nothing else, I am having a blast learning.
